Chemical Sales Engineer – Cosmetics & Pharma

We are Mehregan Company. A foreign owned chemical and polymer distribution company based in Teheran. Currently we are looking for a Chemical Sales Engineer to join our team.

As our chemical sales engineer you will prepare and deliver presentations explaining products to existing and prospective customers in the Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical industry.

You will look for opportunities and potential in the market by investigating leads and talking to prospects to assess their requirements and provide a suitable solution.

You will build and maintain a good relationship with existing customers by organizing recurring calls and visits to ensure that you are on top of all company developments and at all times are able to recommend new and improved products and solutions.

You will work on tenders, negotiate with agents and merchants. You will research the Iranian chemicals suitable for export, implement and launch new products on the market. You will manage and report your business progress in our Zoho CRM.

This is you

  • You have a BSc/MSc in Chemical Engineering;
  • You have 5-10 years’ experience in Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical;
  • You already have a network in the above mentioned industries;
  • You have strong social skills and are able to negotiate extensively;
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and other languages are a plus;
  • You have strong analytical skills and able to budget and forecast;
  • You are attentive and accurate in execution of tasks;
  • You have a confident and strong personality and are a good team player;
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • You have experience with CRM tools. Zoho is a plus;
  • You live Tehran.
