We are Mehregan Company. A foreign owned chemical and polymer distribution company based in Teheran. Currently we are looking for an Export Specialist to join our team.

As export specialist you will be responsible for the exporting process of chemicals to Europe, Africa and Asia. You will analyze export regulations of relevant regions and create the required export policies and procedures. You will coordinate with suppliers in preparing shipments and arranging documents, clearing, insurance and transport. You will ensure compliance to national and international regulation and the timely transit and delivery of the cargo to its final destination.

You will manage and prepare shipments including various kinds of hazardous cargo in accordance to rules and regulations, closely monitor all in transit cargo for current position and proactively solve problems that may occur.

You will manage relationships with various clearing agents, customs officials, freight forwarders, warehouses and operational teams of suppliers and customers. You will proactively search for new partners and build new transport routes.

You will make sure all contracts are complete and well administered with all parties and duties and obligations clear and well documented. You will maintain all records of al export related activities and ensure adherence to regulations and manage an efficient report on prices, legislation and procedures for insight to the higher management. You will exercise effective cost control and seek efficiency gains for the company.

You will manage communication with all stakeholders for export and clearing activities.
