Office Assistant

We are Mehregan Company. A foreign owned chemical and polymer distribution company based in Teheran. Currently we are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team.

You are a driven, organized and proactive individual that understands all ins and outs of Microsoft Office 365. As our Office Assistant you will be working in a small team and will be supporting the higher management. You will work closely with the higher management and our global sales team to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness.

You will

  • Draft and manage correspondence and communication;
  • Support Marketing activities (website content);
  • Setup templates in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Draft and revise business documentation;
  • Track and help drive key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items;
  • Manage sales calendars and scheduling requirements;
  • Take on administrative office tasks;
  • Management end-to-end travel needs of the sales team;
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives and events;

This is you

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or related fields;
  • You have 2-3 years’ experience;
  • You are fluent in Farsi and English (writing and spoken); other languages are a plus;
  • You are an excellent communicator;
  • Microsoft Office has no secrets for you;
    You are a master in Microsoft Word
    Page setup, comparing and merging documents, creating forms using fields and advance tools, using templates, sharing and protecting documents, tracking changes, creating labels, formatting labels and formatting documents.
    You are a master in Microsoft Excel

    Creating spreadsheets, tables, analyzing data, formulas, group data, functions, pivot tables and pivot charts, data validations and macros.

    You are a master in Microsoft PowerPoint

    Creating presentations, formatting templates, creating interactive slideshows, inserting, embedding and linking media and data, inserting hyperlinks, inserting and formatting media.

    You are a master in Microsoft Outlook

    Auto reply, configuring e-mail settings, scheduling and delegating tasks, planning meetings, sharing and configuring calendars.

    You have experience with Photoshop or other editing tool;

  • You have experience with CRM tools. Zoho is a plus;
  • You live in Tehran.
